The Board of Directors of the Marbella Park Homeowners Association holds an Annual Meeting every fall in which all HOA members are invited (and encouraged) to attend.
In addition to the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors holds Quaterly Meetings throughout the year to meet the needs of the neighborhood. The Board of Directors will post special meeting notices on the HOA website (typically 3 calendar days in advance of a scheduled meeting).

The board will post Meeting Minutes to the HOA’s website (in a password protected area) within 14 calendar days after completing a business meeting.
