Starting immediately the new security company will use this updated database to contact residents when guests arrive. Only vehicles with the electronic sticker will be permitted to enter through the resident entrance at the East Gate, vehicles without this electronic sticker will have to use the visitor entrance and display a valid driver’s license with the correct home address. If the address on your license is not updated, you must provide an updated utility bill as proof of residency.

Unauthorized vehicles parking in common areas (without) prior authorization from property manager will be towed at owner’s expense. Vehicles parked on right of ways (on the street) will be towed immediately.

Homeowners now have another reason to visit and relax by our beautiful pool area, we now have a free Wi-Fi hotspot for residents to use as they lounge around pool-side, soaking up the wonderful Miami sunshine. The Wi-Fi hotspot is passwords protected and only for residents, if you want access, just send us an email requesting the password at info@marbellapark.org.
